Bar Manager – Milling Barn

Approximate Shift Pattern Mon-Sun: 6pm-1am

Key Responsibilities:

• Duty manager.
• Ensure the bar is being run in line with Licensing Laws.
• Main point of contact for customer & guests alike.
• Overall responsibility of the venue, in line with venue rules & regulations.
• Ability to manage a team and lead from the front.
• Complete & pass Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety.
• Fully bar & cellar trained & able to serve on the bar.
• Ensuring all areas are managed professionally, including bar service, customer interaction, cleanliness / breakages / spillages, health & safety, communication with suppliers, managing sound & potential disturbance to locals, money handling & cashing up, closure of the venue at the end of the night.
