Food & Beverage Supervisor
£12.50 per hour

Approximate Shift Pattern Mon-Sun: 12pm-9pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete & pass Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety.
• Carry a minimum of 3 plates & professionally clear plates from the table, in line with venue expectations.
• Be able to work independently & be pro-active in your work.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, as well as other work colleagues.
• Able to manage a team & direct them clearly in their job roles in line with venue expectations.
• Ensure customer experience is upheld through excellent service, communication & standards.
• Understand & study the event schedule and make sure you are aware of time schedules, customer health requirements & all areas agreed with the wedding party.
• Oversee and be aware of all areas of the venue & communicate to the relevant level of management where problems may or have occurred.
